Captain Troy knows where the fish are, even when the bite is tough. Had a day where the weather was not in our favor, but with his knowledge, he was able to find the fish despite the circumstances. Ended up limiting out on reds, and hit a full inshore slam, with a sheepshead on top of that. Troy is great, and also a fun time to be out on the boat with for hours.

Booked charter Sunday Evening with Troy and it was the easiest and quickest transaction. Troy contacted me the following day requesting fishing preferences. My wife and I went on our trip this morning and had a blast. Although it called fishing not catching, Troy was immediately able to get us hooking up on variety of keeper species. These species were flounder, redfish, mangrove snapper, croaker, and sea trout. We also enjoyed hooking up on some larger ladyfish. Not only that we we were able to have a blast catching fish, we had a wonderful conversation while learning about the area. Went out on a 4 hour trip with Capt. Troy on Saturday. Excellent time! He put us on fish at every stop, but was quick to move on when the bite slowed down to try another location. His boat was perfect. Large enough to make it comfortable for the three of us but with a low draft to get back into the shallow creeks. He made everything easy and was very helpful with my son’s fiancee as this was her fishing trip. I would highly recommend Capt. Troy for all skill levels.

Captain Troy had us on the fish immediately. He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience fishing the Jacksonville waterways. We caught a ton of fish including redfish, flounder, and trout. He had a honey hole for each type of fish and he was constantly on top of baiting our hooks and telling us the best way to fish certain areas. We will definitely be fishing with him again. Caught several flounder, a sea trout, some Jack Crevalle, a Spanish mackerel, a black drum, and overall, just had a fantastic time! Captain Troy put my lady & I on some incredible fishing . We had a target species in mind , and captain Troy did exactly what we had to do to accomplish the mission, and that we did ! We even brought home some mangrove snapper for dinner , which Troy filleted for us , and then we brought it over to palms restaurant down the road , where they prepared it for us perfectly . 10/10 would recommend !
